TransparenCEE is an initiative by Polish NGO - Fundacja ePaństwo, internationally known as ePF (so it's easier to spell ;).
In past year we attended many events in the region and on other continents and we realised one thing - A LOT of innovation in the field of opengov, transparency, government accountability happens here - in so called Centreal Eastern Europe. A region which historically is not that known for civic engagement and participation. Well, things change :)
We wanted and so we created one place where we intend to write and highlight important issues related to the fields mentioned above. We want to write about You and Your organisation. Simply, drop us a line here.
But also we want to discover - new projects, new organisations, new people and ideas. Please submit storu ideas to us. Please, do not be modest :) if you do something or you heard about something happening in the field of transparencee - email me.
We will be then taking those stories and sharing with other media outlets so our aim is to create one place where all media and organisations from different parts of the world can have a look and contact you or write about you. Those partners will be announced as we go - we cannot spoil everything right now ;)
